Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including packaging and accompanying materials such as certificates of authenticity.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email workshop@hausmcgregor.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and the return address.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package your item, including all original materials.

  3. Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping service. Haus McGregor is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error by Haus McGregor.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. Contact us within the 30-day return window to begin an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you promptly and may offer a replacement or refund.
